The practice delivers highly personalized, private-pay dermatologic care to a discerning patient population. Divina Dermatology is a predominantly cosmetic practice and is equipped with over 20 of the most advanced laser and energy-based devices in the industry, allowing physicians to practice at the forefront of modern dermatology.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our team and provide elevated, concierge-level dermatologic care in Beverly Hills. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who thrives in a cosmetics, private-pay, or PPO model, values autonomy, and enjoys building long-term relationships with a sophisticated patient base.

This position offers base compensation plus a high, uncapped commission structure, providing exceptional income potential for a motivated, patient-focused physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including skin examinations, medical dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and minor surgical procedures
• Deliver a concierge-level patient experience tailored to the individual needs and expectations of a Beverly Hills clientele
• Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships grounded in trust, discretion, and results
• Collaborate closely with an in-house team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff
• Practice cosmetic and laser dermatology using state-of-the-art technology in a fully equipped clinical environment
• Contribute to a respectful, high-caliber clinical culture focused on quality, empathy, and integrity

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Dermatology (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a private practice, concierge, or cosmetic-focused setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment with an elevated, patient-centered bedside manner
• Comfort with medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology (scope tailored to experience and interest)
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain
